For Extra Life this year, I'll be focusing on moving up the Fighting games (Oceanic) leaderboard on TrueAchievements. These boards recalculate at 7AM GMT each morning so I'll try to record my placement increases before the 2nd session each night.

On the main Extra Life page, I have listed the Fighting games that I can use over this weekend to jump a few spots and secure my place within the Top 10. I'm looking at playing the following games before searching for others.

  • Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi
  • Naruto: The Broken Bond
  • Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Generations
  • Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2
  • Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3
  • Mortal Kombat X

To make things interesting,  I've set myself the following push goals that I would like to obtain over the weekend.

  • 100 Achievements Unlocked
  • 2500 Gamerscore
  • 65% Completion on each game started during the event.
  • 5000 TrueAchievements

The first goal I really don't see being too much of an issue. The Completion Rate and TrueAchievements goals are going to be a fair stretch to obtain. Below is a breakdown of the Leaderboard placement as of: 2017-11-03 07:00:00+0000

Leaderboard by Gamerscore

With Gamerscore, I need 2300 to jump 4 places, 3500 to be secure.

Leaderboard by TrueAchievements

With TrueAchievements it's a little harder to figure out what I need as each achievement's score is weighted differently. At the moment thought 5500 TrueAchievements will get me into 7th place, but realistically, I'm expecting no more than 3500 which should jump me 2 places at least.

Lastly, due to a rep at Optus, I might not be able to stream the entire event. I will be downgrading the stream quality to try to reduce the current 1Gb/hr footprint that I was aiming for. At the current rate, I'd only be able to stream safely for about 10 hours.
